Good Day,
I received my final invoice from Telkom on Wednesday - but there was an error on it.
I went to my nearest Telkom store, a nice lady working there is trying to help me but it is not yet resolved, as she can only do so much herself.
I need my deposit back.
I did nothing wrong.
Without my deposit I have no money to get my son a first birthday present - his birthday is next week.
