I called online to purchase the Iphone 4 for one phone. I decided that I want another line. I spoke to the manager Denver who "resolved" the matter and said two phones were being approved.
On Tuesday, the 15 October only one phone was delivered. I called the consultant (Malebo) who initially helped me and she assured me that another phone was being delivered and a reference to check the status of delivery as the handover would occur on Wednesday before 12 noon.
The courier company has not recievd the hand over and when I call the after-sale department they say they are out of stock. Precious the manager said there is nothing they can do.
I am really disappointed with their service. I have been a loyal customer for as long I have had a phone. Iam really frustrated because it has been such a hassle to get quality service. The consultants take you from pillar to post and still give you attitude.
Vodacom should not make promises that they can't keep. IT IS RIDICULOUS.
