Unacceptable Service - Delivery / Communication

I am extremely upset with the service provided by the Online Sales team and RAM courier service at Vodacom. On 15/11/2013 I placed an order via the Online sales department at Vodacom for the new Iphone 5s. I was not the payer of the contract but I was told be " Theo " ( operator assisting me with the sale) that the phone would be delivered and obtained by me at my place of work permitted that I have the following documentation: Payer original ID, proof of address and my original ID. I was informed that the phone would be delivered on Monday 18 /11/2013. On monday 18/11/2013 the courier service arrived on the dot at 17:00. I was then informed be the courier service that I was unable to sign for the phone as this was not thier policy after I was told by the Vodacom Sales consultant that this was not the case. The courier service refused to wait for the payer to come to my place of work or to drive to the payer to obtain the signatures. On 19/11/2013 we contacted Vodacom to request the status of the deilvery, they then said that there was no new address allocated to deliver the phone to and that we would have to wait another day. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE! Sale reference no 14908761
