Vodacom bad service customer un-friendly process

On Nov 22nd a faulty Phone 5s 64gb was delivered by RAM couriers from Vodacom Direct / Business. On Mon the call centre instructed me to take the phone to any Vodacom Shop where it would be swaped on the spot. Upon visiting the shop I was told shops do not swap phones unless bough from them. The c centre then told me the phone would be collected on Wed by courier and a replacement delivered a week later. On Wed Thokazile Miya instructed me to take the iPhone to Vodacare where it would be exchanged on the spot. I went there but Vodacare do not swap phones. Zak (Ezeaquiel) from retentions called me to say that I must take it to any Vodacom shop and hand it in. I then spoke to Tandeka, a supervisor, who told me it would be collected by courier. On Fri Zak called to say the phone would be collected in 5 days and swapped immediately. I called RAMr who said that no delivery instruction for new phone hadbeengiven. I called Zak who then said there was no stock and no resolution. Vodacom told me that, because of my package, they regard me as a "high value" customer and I was therefore receiving premium service. I shudder to think what service "non high-value" customer receive. Be Warned!
