Kindly note that the bill for BIANCA JAKPBA SWANEPOEL (please look up her details as I do not think I should publish the two cell numbers on this website) has been coming to my address for the past few months. Apparently the call agent tried to call her with the number I supplied - however I think Vodocom should have first investigated why they are sending her invoices to the incorrect address. I doubt that this matter has been taken further - Apparently in order to RIKA - the proof of address does not matter - only the ID number.
why do we have to supply a proof of address if the bill gets sent to smeone else's address?
If I was Bianca - I would be very angry if another client of vodocom calls her to tell her that her bills are going elsewhere and her post has been open by a total stranger.
