Poor security allowing criminals to debit clients

Vodacom says they have no security feature that their clients can activate should they wish to stop anyone from subscribing their numbers to sites and debating their accounts, this is poor!! I just found out that a company called Mira Networks that I have never heard of before has been debating my account daily. I have never subscribed to them as I don't even know my data contract number. Thousands of other users are complaining but Vodacom does nothing, instead they condone this criminal behaviour due to them not doing anything. How is this possible that they can block your account from using the internet when u reach your cap but they can block criminals from subscribing your number? I was told I used my number to subscribe, I don't know this number, only people who know it is Vodacom, so has Vodacom given my details out? Where is this security feature that clients can activate to stop subscriptions they unaware of? Why hasn't this feature been developed? Theycan see tthere is a problem but do nothing? Doing nothing is condoning this criminal behaviou
