After my coversation with LOU-MARIE about two weeks back, i was told that she have received the proof off payment on my acount after a recon and she will sent me a email, off your coversation wich up untill now wasnt sent to my email adress, aswell as the proof off cancelation on their site. Yet i keep on receiving sms telling me my account is in arrears. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE FROM ME TO GET HELP? I please want some one to help me, i also want to know if this account wasnt paid up like you say, why did you wait a year before getting into contact with me, my name is in stake because the work wasnt and still isnt done from youre side. I WANT THIS RESOLVED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY MORNING, and also i want the email of our prior conversation, the cancellation letter as well as the credit for the monies that was deducted
