im pretty sure that this is the response i am going to get, i have settled a store account last year in may and have yet to be updated on itc.
the last letter i received was dated 31/01/12, but alas it wasnt posted, instead i was paid a visit at my work place on the 02 may 2012 with the letter (what a joke!!!) please i expect a a non standardised response and this to be sorted out immediately
