I was called on the 25th of July and was given a settlement amount for my account because I wanted to settle and close it. I paid the amount and was given an email to send the proof of payment to jsedumedi. I was then called again and every person who called me promised to call again with feedback. i was called by Thato last week and emailed proof of payment again because he said the payment wasnt reflecting. I then received a statement on the 21st of August and still my account wasnt closed and payment still not reflecting. can some one please just sort this out. this service I am recieving is pathetic. i want this sorted out pls
