Zero compensation... Not even a letter for Trans Union to take responsibility.
2 "Premier' bankers... a team leader... and about 4 consultants.
Still no help.
IT DOESNT HELP TO SEND ME AN EMAIL EVERY 2 DAYS TO TELL ME THAT YOURE STILL BUSY.

Rather say: we're not going to fix it, we're not assuming responsibility and there actually isnt anything that you can do...
Save a little time after having wasted so much.
Dont bother calling to resolves this.
I just want everyone to reconsider before switching to your bank that its actually just an epic service fail.
If it wasnt such a pain in the rear, i woudlve switched bac to my previous bank.
I sincerely hope that my case was an anomaly - and your service isnt actually this bad.
