Had a stroke May 2013. All my accounts went haywire. Phones suspended. Paid R4000 just to see them attempting to debit more a few days later. phones disconnected again last month. told I am two months in arrears. Went to Ilanga- asked how much I must pay for everything to be reconnected. they said R2780. I paid. Went to Ilanga again. they say must pay R400 per item on my contract again. I phoned call centre. They say Ilanga is wrong. must pay another R450. I pay. go back to Ilanga. Must pay R105 per product to reinstate and then another R285 per item on contract will be deducted in a day. I just pay and pay. Get the new sim cards. doesn't fit my S3. Phone them. I have to go back again!!! I am not well. I had a stroke so I am not the same anymore, yet I have to go through all this to get on air again. and then Vodacom blacklist me everywhere even my own bank. They are the worst I have ever come across. No mercy for the sick. just pay pay pay!!!
