I received an account for a nutrition assessment that was done through VIRGIN ACTIVE at VAN DRUTEN AND ASSOCIATES Clinical Dieticians Lifestyle consult. The amount was paid on the same day 8 OCT '12. I did not fax through proof of payment. 31 OCT I received a mail to say they could not locate the payment. I phoned & spoke to them giving them the details and pointing out that I was a MS and not a MR as the account specified.
13 MAR '13 I receive an email asking when I paid and to fax through proof of payment. I responded saying that it is unreasonable of them to contact me after so long.
I received a rude reply email from Anne-Marie stating that they could not track the payment, choosing to quote only certain sentences from my email. I subsequently phoned FNB& received the proof of payment. I sent an email through asking for the physical address so I can personally take the proof of payment into the offices meet the person who responded in an appalling manner &addressed me once again as "Sir". She replied stating she "does not entertain patients" & "is not interested to meet you personally (not in my job description and I have no desire to meet new people).
Just plain unprofessional
