I received a sms from credit worx saying that I owe R 872.07 for a Moto health account (Ref MOTL38716). I paid this on 25 March 2013 using reference number 6365254CW .I phoned Credit worx and I spoke to Grant on the 26 and 27 March and he assured me that this is the only amount due on this account and he acknowledged that the funds were received. I requested a receipt and did not receive anything to acknowledge proof of payment. Nine months later I get a sms AGAIN from credit worx that I owe R 79.28.I spoke to Lerato Mohane and told her that we have already settled the account. She said that she will let admin know and they will contact me. I have not received any telephonic communication but have been bombarded with sms's and emails to pay. I am sick and tired of receiving sms's and emails from credit worx. Even when we pay we don't even get a receipt. I have NO PROOF as to why there is a charge of R 79.28 levied against my name. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR RECORDS AND PROVIDE US WITH A RECEIPT. Also the email address of credit worx [Email Removed] does not work.
