Account not credited and the credit is even short

All my loans account were paid up on Wensday last week, and I phoned 0861404040 on Thursday, I was told by Kedibone to send the proof of payment which was sent to [Email Removed] I was topld the turn around will be on Wednsday, and I phoned again I spoke to, Shandre, she said she cant help me because Kedibone was dealing with the query so she would not know what to do, I must phone again around 11 this was on Friday, I spoke to Emmah who told me that the request has been sent through to Admin and the moeny should be on my acount by wensday, and then I phoned again today I spoke to Collin who told me that this request was ONLY SENT ON MONDAY the 26/08/2013, which is what i dont understand why are they ALL telling, and contradicting their statements, and not telling the truth, I am currently ery dissapointed as I have been using this bank for more then 10 years now. I wil close ALL the accounts I have though, and thats for sure.they deducted 591.13 on my acount and now they are telling me they owe me 447 rand, how so, cause this debit order was deducted after I made full settlemt, which I even have the proof of payment for, Im dissapointed, I want use my money for my personal
