I am currently travelling in South America and I could not get data on my fancy new iphone. I stumbled upon the online help at Vodacom and Mogamat was brilliant. He never gave up trying to find the solution even after I did. Eventually he got it right.
Great customer service especially from a Vodacom employee who usually think that the clients are there for them as opposed to the other way around.
Vodacom can use Mogamat as an example to their other customer care people who are usually rude unwilling to help and could not be bothered and usually cut you off if it is too much of effort.
Maybe use him in your training to train new staff and reeducate others he was such a breath of fresh air.
