I would like to thank Siphokazi Dingana &Mogamat Noor Jacobs & Clearance September. I upgraded my cellphone contract online. My new phone was delivered to me real fast, a Micro SIM card was included as whoever handled the upgrade had the intelligence to know that my old registered SIM will not work. I asked them to just register the new SIM as the main SIM as all my calls and sms'ses was still going to the old SIM. It was dont within minutes. The staff mailed me and updated me and helped me lightning fast, all at the convenience of being in my own home with the access to the internet. I dont get impressed fast but I will say that this is service, Vodacom and their staff went the extra mile. I am happy to be a Vodacom client.
