Simple request yet so hard to obtain. USELESS

I spoke Mogamat Junaid on 10/01/2014 (08:47) at Vodacom call centre in connection with a copy of my contract, as I need proof of when I received my contract package as i need it as my web book needs to be rebooted and they want to see when it was purchased. I was told to contact client care and I would receive a copy in 7days. I am still waiting I have re email them and still waiting. Can it be so hard to get something so simple?
