I have been in a quest to buying a new car, I believe the first time I spoke to this gentleman was almost a year ago. Even now after thinking I have finally found a car, issues arise and I declined offers but I have never experienced so much patience. He is alway willing to assist and over this period he has just told me to let him know when I find the vehicle.

I told him because of his great attitude, and this is the kind of attitude that builds customer loyalty.
