I submitted a request for unrestricted APN access on the 6th of Jan 2014. I then contacted the online chat service on the 7th to check that they had received my request which they hadn't. They said that the email address 155datasupport@... which appears on the application form is invalid and shouldnt be used. I then forwarded them the necessary documents on the 7th and received the reference number 83-04v1d-d5ar9. The consultant Mogamat also confirmed that they had received the forms and documents and had sent it on to the department for processing.
Today I called and was told that no forms have been received and that Mogamat had just escalated my query and not submitted the forms. I had to re send the forms now for the THIRD time to Insaaf.
This service from Vodacom is absolutely ridiculous and a simple request like this should never take 4 days to do! I expect this request to be seen to and resolved or I will take further action against Vodacom Based on the contract agreement terms.
