Pathetic service from Vodacom AGAIN!!!

On Sunday 19 May a Vodacom ad appeared on page 13 of the Sunday Times. The ad said trade in your old Samsung S2 for the new Samsung S4. This was great news as my S2 has given problems since new which Vodacom were unable to solve. Most Vodacom outlets I went to knew nothing about the deal and were not too bothered to find out. When eventually I found a branch that knew about it they said sorry only for upgrades or new connections. They were not interested in my complaints that this was not stated in the ads or on their website. Go to Customer Care in Century City they said. This I did. What a pathetic bunch. The assistant firstly refused to let me see his boss. When I was graced with the boss's presence he treated me with total disdain saying Iwas a fool to believe the ad. The ad was to get me into the shop and it was for him to tell me I was stupid not to understand that it was for new clients or upgrades. He told me he did not have a boss in the Western Cape but eventually gave me his boss' e-mail address. Turns out his boss works in same shop. Why do Vodacom employees shield their boss's from the Public? He said if I don' like Vodacom I must go to hello [URL Removed] Here I am
