Cell C does not know their from their nose.
They are incompetent, stupid and give false inconsistent information to their customers. They don't know how to use their systems and their training must the the poorest of the poor for them to keep hiring incompetent staff which are people that dont know how to deal with client queries especially their managers who are worse than the fools they manage.
Every year i face the same problem and their intellectual capacity can not even put systems in place to fix their issues especially the billing and customer service department.
They confirm that they have executed as per the request you give them but when they have to deliver they are hit with Amnesia.
I HATE CELL C with a PASSION...
Its the worst Service Providers. Thats why companies like 8ta, MTN, Vodacom even Virgin does better than the confused brand that goes and steals corporate identities from Government because they are too lazy to come up with their own designs.
They lack serious customer care. Serious lack.
