Phone not at the Glen shopping mall

Yet again I have been left with an egg on my face because of Altech- Thersia emailed me on Thursday to tell me my phone was ready for collection at The Glen Shopping Mall and Nelisiwe Mthembu called to confirm that, I went on Saturday only to find that the phone is not there- I have been patient and listened to all the and broken promises from Auto page. I want this contract cancelled or will break loose-I'm now forced to go buy a phone as I'm now phone-less because of Altech
