Today I wrote the test for the vodacom training academy. Even though I work at a vodacom shop I never thought going to the big guys for our training would actually lead to having a great learning experience and a lifetime oppurtunity. We had a friendly trainer that teached us perfectly! Thank you Thato! And thank you vodacom! And it's amazing to see how advanced vodacom became to give better client assistance and to help us give better service to the clients! I got 97% percent thanks to Thato teaching us!
