It is such a disgrace, that we came all the way from Joburg for a vacation to this place it all started on our check-in where we have requested to be allocated next to each other since we made a booking of 2 chalets but none of that happened, we were struggling when it comes to meal times, the next day we went to request for an arm belt since one of our kids lost his due to water damage, we were told it wont be replaced, the 2nd arm belt from another child was almost out we reported the same issue instead cello tape was used that made the child uncomfortable because she was scared it will come out, the worst disaster happened after our room was not cleaned when we asked one of the cleaning ladies she told us the person responsible for our room is on duty so she doesn’t know who will clean, as it was not cleaned till again we went and report it @16h:00, then the Nightmare!! while we were sitting outside we saw water running down the floor due to the pipe the had busted in no: 15, we ran to reception to report and we were given a key for no 17, we had to move with lots of stuff when we get to that room it was dirty the bds were messy, kitchen with dirty dishes, the trauma we had to move to another room again in 21, i am so disappointed with the service, definitely will never recommend anyone, Thank you to the Gentlemen from Housekeeping we came to assist and 2 Lindiwe's who came and clean after the nightmare!!
