I bought a smart device through FNB and took delivery of the device on 19 December 2013. Upon inspecting the device I found that it was faulty and it should have been an out of box failure in my opinion. Instead I was asked to take it to an iStore to leave it there for a technician to assess. In the mean time I am without a device all because FNB have a poor after sales process. Now I have to wait until the new year to hear whether the device will be exchanged or not.
