Terrible service

I took out a contract with Cell C direct during the month of November with Cell C direct. The package was delivered to my work place and for this I am grateful. During the sales call I was not advised on how to obtain insurance my handset. The only thing Lerato Kgatle (sales consultant) was to provide me with a number to contact for assistance with insurance. I contacted this number but nobody was available to assist me. I then took it upon myself to go to Jabulani mall to insure my device but was told that they could no longer insure this device as some 30day period that it was not advised off had lapsed. How was it supposed to know this if it was not informed. It is not like it have lost the device and or that it needs repairs, it have the device with me. If Cell C will not insure this handset, they must cancel this contract because should anything happen to this device they I will not pay for something it do not have. In fact, they can choose a pay date for both of us, that way when I don't pay them, we can be surprised together.
