I bought a Blackberry Z10 from the store and after just 10 days realised that the phone's sound is faulty. Went back to the store to find out if I maybe pressed a default setting on the phone or if there is a problem with the device. Was first told to go to Vodacom as they can't assist which I found odd. Vodacom did a few tests and advised that the phone is faulty and that it must be booked in for repair with a turn around time of 2 weeks. Went back to Incredible Connection to find out how they will compensate me as I travel a lot and cannot be without a phone for 2 weeks. I was told that they are unable to assist and that I must book my phone in at Vodacom.
Asked the manager if he can be without a phone for 2 weeks and was told "no most probably not"...
I am frustrated and I think it is ridiculous that a R7, 000.00 device can not be returned or replaced if faulty within 2 weeks from purchase.
