I purchased a device from SPYTEK on Friday, 25 November 2013. I paid cash with added 'Registration Fees' and was told the device will come online after I receive my username and password from the sales person via sms.
After several phone calls to reach the sales person (Khokwane), i still couldn't test or use the device and returned it four (4) days later on Friday, 29 November 2013, for a full refund.
I was told that SPYTEK do not give refunds but that the device will be sent to 'TECH- support' and my refund will be given as a special circumstance arrangement.
I have been unable to get in contact with SPYTEK. After leaving several messages i have been unable to speak to Lelo Mbali Nzimande, the MD who promised to refund me once the device was checked out.
Spytek is in possession of the faulty device, my money and their business practices are in direct conflict with the South African Consumers Council's 'Rights of Consumers'.
Numerous attempts to contact Lelo or Khokwane or any other person who can assist me at SPYTEK, lead to nowhere. I left several messages on the cell no. provided on their website, but none of the messages were returned.

I will take legal action if the situ
