Early inJanuary I had a complaint about BIS on incorrectly charged on my account.
Few days later a Vodacom consultant contacted me and I was promised that the full BIS would be reversed on my account.
Not only did the normal debit order for the full account go off this morning, no credit note are reflecting on my account.
Vodacom, you said a credit note would be passed but it has not been passed. What now?
