I initially ordered a Samsung S3. The phone was instore but not the sim card. Was promised that the sim card would be delivered next day. Only received the sim card 5 days later. I had to call to find out what was happening.

When I collected the phone I explained to Raafiq that I needed a dongle urgently for work purposes. Was promised delivery would take place Wednesday. I called and was once again promised call back from Raafiq. Today he is off work when I called and spoke to Yusuf. And Guess what, the dongle may only be delivered next week.
So I am, having to leave for JHB without the Dongle which I was promised Wed. Why did they not find out before I was to about the eta of the product.
