Insurance Claim

I put in n insurance claim with Vodacom and was not advised that the phone that the card was in at the time of loss will be the insured phone i had taken out the insurance when the card was in a phone that might cost about R150 or so but when the phone was and i put in a claim vodacom insurance refused the claim and did not advise me that i should put in the claim for the phone that the card was in which was valued to the amount of -R2300 at that time.

i have sent numerous messages to get this resolved but it was ignored
