No help from the helpline

I know how to use my iphone properly & have customised it to save data & battery (notifications are to a minimum and applications closed properly). in OCTOBER my data suddenly started disappearing. I have called MTN numerous times requesting a DETAILED itemised bill with data usage & internet sessions & URLS. All I received was a list of URLs from Musa Twala (billing dept) which did not help me as i could not pinpoint which site was using chunks of data. Musa does not respond to the calls that have been logged on the system. I keep calling & have escalated it to Musa's supervisor numerous times (through Lindy - call centre supervisor). NO RESPONSE.

if MTN is not going to help me (as required in the contract between us & a service I pay for) I would like it terminated immediately at no cost to myself.

1st call about missing data - 20 october

26 - dec - constance - request itemised bill
1 jan - 95703828 - request musa twala to call me for extra data info
21 jan - warren - request billing dept supervisor to call me
26 jan - 96370713 - gillian - escalate to supervisor
