I am dissapointed at myself for resorting to Hello Peter but I am also left with no choice, I worked for Vodacom for over 2 years as a contractor in the midrand Head Office as a T/A, Under the Solutions team. It was the biggest highlight of my working experience, I have however left Vodacom 10 months ago, and left with no issues. I do however suffer from the continues SMSes i recieve from the Csoc which by the way I never worked. Everytime there is a faulty network, I receive an sms, U can imagine how many network lines they have across the continet- I have to keep awake to receive this sms on my personl number and phone. I have contacted my previous manager regarding this matter as well as the csoc manager who have promised and logged calls to get my number removed from the system, As i wscalate this matter - I have 14 unready sms from Vodacom on network faults. I am really annoyed by the smses as they have no value to me and contributing to so much confusion on important smses that I should be recieving. Its almost a full year that i left the company - the least that can be done is to do some security checks within their systmem and remove my number, Ity doesnt sound hectic!
