Deliberately deceiving clients

I ported over from Vodacom to MTN and took out a new Anytime 200 contract along with a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone.
The deal that was presented/given that I accepted was as follows:
R200 airtime that can spend on calling or SMSing any number
30 free minutes per month to any MTN number
200 free SMSes

That deal sounds great, but what it actually is is as follows:
I can only access the 30 free minutes AFTER I have used up ALL of my airtime...
The 200 SMSes is ONLY to other MTN numbers! At least I get 25 SMSes to any number...

THIS IS NOT THE DEAL THAT WAS MARKETED TO ME! NOWHERE BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER WAS I TOLD THAT THE AIRTIME AND SMSes ARE ONLY TO MTN!!!

I FEEL THIS IS DELIBERATE. If I had known the true nature of the deal I would have gone with another network.

VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
