Cancelling an account cannot surely take 2 months!

I opened an account online only to realise after a week the package didnt offer anything useful. now i want it cancelled but they say only end of november!!! please explain to me why i will be billed for 2 months for a service i am not using? this has been of no use to me and now i should wait another 1 and a half months before my domains are released. what kind of service is this???

i want the domains released immediately so i can continue with my business. as for paying for 2 months for a service i am not using that is not going to happen. even if you debit my account i will get the debit orders reversed by my bank because i can not pay for a service i am not using. there should be laws against this in the consumer protection act because i had used the account for less than a week.

i can understand paying for a few days i had the account active and not for 2 more months. that is not going to happen. this is daylight . and why dont i get someone call me rather than 1 email a week to respond to my queries. my phone is always on - i dont even have a voicemail to show someone tried calling me. this is daylight!
