BIS CANCELLED BY ACCIDENT

I reloaded my BIS on Absolute on 06 October 2013 and accidentally cancelled the recurring bundle on 13 October 2013. I spoke to Nobukhanye at the call centre this morning, who gave me reference number 2779995 and said that this was for a technical call that she logged with the Technical Helpdesk to reactivate my BIS. I called back to confirm, and then Naveen and his supervisor Senzo informed me that they might not be able to reactivate it on the technical side. I understand what they are saying, but I want to know why that is when I paid for a full month and MTN can just merrily inform me they won't connect and take my money to boot? Why do I have to be dependent on the network's good graces when I have paid for my plan for the month of October? If they come back and tell me they will not reactivate my subscription, I will really take this further than hellopeter. I feel that this is daylight and that they should re-examine their reactivation policies.
