Multichoice has ignored my complaint

I decided to reactivate my dstv account after about a year and a half of not being in service.i called the call centre on the 14 and informed the consultant that o woshed to reactivate my account but I wld like to change from the premium boquet to the 275 rands one she agreed and gave the the total amount which it would cost me to reactivate, pay prorata and subscription until the 26th of january 2014.this amounted to four hundred and twenty something and I then went to paid .o was only a few days later that I got a text on mu screen that I had to pay four hundred and something. I called dstv to correct this but the consultant tolde I was still on the premium boquet and I told her this could not be as I had told the lady to change, she said there was nothing she could do buy omly change it then but iwld still incurr charges for the days were i had been given the premium boquet.i asked her to check there recording of the 14 were I clearly instructed for my service to be changed before payment to 275.she said there was nothing she could do but wld escalate my query and ibwld get a response in 2h.i went in again to their office and I was told it wld be 3 day.its almost a month now
