Changed my bank details, being charged for not!

I refer to a bank change I did in November 2012
I came onto hellopeter to complain that I had not been connected in two weeks after having paid an outstanding amount & changed bank details after FNB failed to move my account from Nedbank.

I got this reference:
"Your reference number is: 3812034"

We are sitting in FEB 2013, and the bank details haven't changed, I've been DISCONNECTED AGAIN & 8ta want me to go to a TELKOM?? branch to pay the RD fee?

I will not pay it, someone must get back to me, and reactivate my service.

You have paralysed your branches, the V&A can't accept payments, reactivate lines or deactivate sevices. WHAT THE IS THE POINT OF HAVING A BRANCH IN A MALL?
