FNB Homeloans has shocking (lack of) service

A consultant called to say as I was nearly finished paying off my bond that I should make it dormant.
Consequences: "None. You can reactivate it in a minute with just a phonecall".
I agree. Next month I need to reactivate it. Not a chance. Now I need to submit all sorts of documentation and I no longer have access to the same amount.
I want them to listen to the original call to see that I was never given the correct info - then reverse the dormancy.
I spoke to Nonhlanhla who told me that her supervisor (Rosemary Mayaba) would get back to me.
Wait a month - nothing. Call again and get Lebo. Same story. Wait a month - nothing. Call again and get Elias. Still no-one has called after 3 months.
Shocking service from a bank that seems to be able to get it right in so many other areas.
