Technical helpdesk forget who the customers are!!!

Good day,
I called your technical help desk to get assistance with setting up my new Telkom Netgear Modem, as the previous one had been reported faulty.
I call the call centre on Sunday at 19h20 and stay waiting on the line until after 20h00 and nobody picked up.
The call was deliberately not answered as the call centre closes at at 20h00.
I thereafter called in on monday and a rude consultant from the technical helpdesk did not want to help me.
I needed help with setting up of a Telkom modem, yet the guy says that Mweb my provider needs to do so.
Thereafter he continued to be rude and arrogant with me and did not let me speak through the call.
As I tried to voice my opinion he cut me off rudely and was persistent on not helping me.
This I was not happy with and asked him whose the customer involved and he got ruder, shouted screamed and then told me I will get an SMS with a reference, when I asked for his name and a reference number.
Subsequently, I got no SMS and the guy slammed the phone down in my ears.
I called back and the lady was assisting me with the setup, which the first consultant refused to do and here as well the call got dropped.
I need my wifi running asap
