I applied for a Data contract.
After receiving the contract, the services worked for the first day 3 Oct 2013
On 4 Oct it failed with APN Sign on faults: "profile error"
- Mobile router was tested
- 8ta sim was also tested in other devices with the same fail
- Completed the online at [URL Removed] No responce
- Reported a fault at customer care: Denzil, ref 685 9107, no response 4 Oct 2013
- Went to the Telkom Direct shop, unfriendly an unable to help. 10 Oct & 14 Oct
- My technical people phoned customer care, and the refused to assist although they had all the details. 14 Oct
Seem that I pay for service that I do not get and nobody is able the fix the problem
How do I get this fixed or cancel the contract
