DCC not cancelled

I wish to reactivate my service after I cancelled my subscription they now inform me that even thought records indicate I called to cancel my DCC i was still beilled and need to pay this amount in. THE DCC line says there is no amount due the call centre says there is.there solution is to pay for a service i cancelled which is a load of BS.can someone sort out the mess so I can re-activate my subscription
