He should not be working with clients at ALL

Had made complaint against vodacom and no one phoned me, so I went to clearwater and asked to see the manager as I was in tears had my BF do the talking william was being non cooperative we asked about my billing he started being rude and he did not even understand himself and kept giving diffrent answers when we tried explaining what the of other african consultants said he shot us down and did not want to listen to why we were up set he then started helping a diffrent client while we were still busy with him so I asked nicely to please not be rude and finish his service to us first he then shouted im done with you and turned his back on us my BF then taped the counter to get his attention and said a few time please do not be arrogant with us and proceeded to continue his attetude toward us I also asked about my debit orderand if he can help my phone keeps giving an error ever 2 seconds he ignored me and no matter what we said he kept on shouting and being rude I feel someone like that should not be n manager as we are paying clients no mater what I want steps taken against him as I was I tears and felt he through us out of the shop
