I went to Yde Menlyn to exchange a shirt that was to small - one of the ladies at the counter (not very friendly) called her manager, Tokelo or something. She asked me when was the shirt bought, I told her not longer then 14 days ago. Unfortunately the shirt was on a 25% off sale - i wanted the same shirt, just a size bigger or anything with the same value. She told me she will not exchange the shirt as the consultant that assisted me when purchasing the shirt told me that no exchanges on clothing on sale. But she did NOT tell me, NO ONE told me anything regarding exchanges or return!! Then she said "I know my ladies and they definitely told you" - making me out as a. Extremely rude, raising her voice!!! Definitely NOT the way to speak to any customer!!! While I was still standing there busy talking to her - she started talking to other people in the store. I asked her name - giving her the pen and my slip to write it on - she gave the pen and slip back to me responding "Can I spell that for you? " - still with a bad attitude!!! I would not have been this upset if the staff or especially the manager was not that RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL!!!
