Hi i am so so angry and upset i have a problem with my contract with vodacom so i was actually seeking for help because i took the contract with them there for i was assissted by a lady by the name of SISI of which she tried her best to assisst, So i couldnt find some of the answers and i asked her to refer me to her manager which she did... the managers name was Bernard i only asked him to give me the area managers number to descuss the matter because they could not give me the answers, Bernard was so rude and arrogant to tell me that they dnt have the numbers of the area manager i must phone the accounts department and see if they help me or not. With the concern i asked him why is he rude even the tone was also high, i asked him why are so rude coz m onli looking for help as a cutomer the he replied: iam not rude it jst the way i talk and ill get used to it because most client are used to me and i will also get used to him and the shop has its own boss that he reports to which he can't give me the numbers therefor there is nothing he can do about that. So as i am launching a complain about this please have respond on this matter because iam really upset.
