Ann told me to go myself!!!

I went to Nashua Mobile (Northgate mall) to pay my account. When i walked into the store there was one customer and two consultants (James and Ann), of which James was busy with the client while the VERY RUDE ANN roamed around the shop.

I waited for 20mins before the very rude lady (Ann) came to assist me. when i inquired about my account she gave me bad attitude and when i asked her about the attitude, she told me to go myself. firstly she asked me my name and then i told her from there she punched my name and surname unfortunately there are so many Themba Khuamalo on the system she's lazy to do her job, afterwards that's when she started giving me attitude and insulting me.

Is this how your staff treats customers and tell them to go and themselves?!! I'm disappointed as a customer, instead of referring customers to you i would rather refer them to Altec AutoPage Cellular.

I asked to speak to the manager and she continued insulting me.

Please be aware of this VERY RUDE ANN who claims to be a MANAGER at Nashue Mobile (Northgate mall).

Nashua Mobile is going to lose more clients as long as they employ people like ANN to take care of their clients!
