3rd complaint in 2 days!!!

I logged a complaint regarding my vodacom account being billed to much for a package that was migrated to less!!! I received an email that someone would contact me from vodacom and still nothing happened. I decided to go to vodacom clearwater to speak to the manager and find out what is going on, seeing as no-one contacted me i had to go myself. Me and my boyfriend spoke to william (whom they at first claimed was not there and only later came out to assist us? When my boyfriend explained what the problem is, william then explain the the contract was billed in arears (which the other african guy never told is when we migrated the package to a lower package) so he started to get arrogant and my boyfriend asked him not to be arrogant and he ignored the request!!! I want both my cellphone cotracts cancelled immediately with no hastle or cost, seeing as vodacom debited my bank account into overdraft!!! Hopefully someone will contact me this time!!! I am very upset and will never use vodacom again!!! This issue will not be kept quite! 0766353509
