I can't believe that Godfrey Olifant has to speak to clients.!!! He is a very rude agent.
I asked him questions that he couldn't answer. He's tone of voice rude and very unprofessional.
While I was still asking a question he interrupted by saying thank you goodbye TWICE!
The then said he will transfer me to his manager and he drop the call.
Yesterday an agent also phoned me. I dropped call 3 times as I was in a meeting. She called again, I answered the phone and told her that I'm currently busy, and asked her to phone me back later. Not even 5 min later she phone again repeatedly after I told her that I'm busy.
I Think Agents from African Bank need to be sent back to training. Please also teach them how to speak to clients!
