I called in, asked to be put through to the Booking Centre, I held on for 5 minutes with no answer. I then asked Michelle (who is helping out on switchboard) to ensure that someone phoned me back within half and hour. She totally lost her cool with me, when I asked to speak to a manager and then proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. On calling her back she started shouting at me, when I asked her if she knew she was talking to a client she proceeded in shouting "do you know who you are talking too?! ". Shocking to say the least, and so unnecessary.
