I distinctly told the consultant that I do not want to go over R159 p/m, if so I want to top up myself. The 1st bill of almost R3000 arrived. I went back to store to find out that I signed for an unlimited contract! Shocked, I requested that they cancel the contract & was told that I had to pay almost R5000 to do so. I accepted and arranged to pay off R650 p/m. They still blacklisted me. Final installment was paid on 29/04/13, I phoned to have my name cleared but was then told that I had to pay ANOTHER R3, 365 to get my name cleared & contract of choice reinstated. I pd R3, 365 on 18/07/13 @ Cape Gate, got handwritten receipt as they were off line, Matthew told me that he will do electronic receipt as soon as they were back on line. 2 Wks later their legal dept sms'd me, demanding pmt or else they take legal action. I faxed & emailed receipt, but no reply only more threats. I phoned Isanette Joubert @ Cape Gate who told me that the electronic receipt was never done because they did not have my contact details (which is on the handwritten receipt!). She emailed me electronic receipt & I sent it to legal dept & Reginald Perogo but no one replyed or responded and I am still blacklisted.
